30-Day Limited Warranty & Final Sale Policy

 

At Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality moissanite jewelry. All purchases are covered by our 30-Day Limited Warranty, which begins on the date the order is marked as delivered.

30-Day Limited Warranty Coverage

For thirty (30) days from delivery, this limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Loose or missing moissanite stones due to craftsmanship

  • Defects in the setting or metal under normal wear conditions

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, impact, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, bent prongs, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or cleaning agents

  • Repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by any third party

  • Items damaged due to failure to follow proper jewelry care instructions

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide the order number and clear photos and/or video documentation of the issue

  3. Await claim approval before returning any item

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed, at our sole discretion, to be a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Resolution

At the sole discretion of Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry, an approved warranty claim may result in:

  • Repair of the item, or

  • Replacement with the same or a comparable item if the original is unavailable,

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Policy

After thirty (30) days from delivery, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE.
No refunds, replacements, repairs, or store credits will be issued after this period for any reason.

Additional Legal Disclosures

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty coverage is void if the item shows signs of misuse, alteration, or third-party repair.

  • Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Jewelry Care Reminder

To preserve the longevity of your jewelry, avoid exposure to water, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and remove jewelry before sleeping, bathing, or physical activity.
