At Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry, every order is prepared with care and love. From our very own hands to yours, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and efficiently. As a heads up, we automatically waive any shipping fee for all orders $100 and over. Shop Happy 


Order Processing

All orders are processed directly by our team from our facility. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All processing and shipping timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping

  • 5–7 business days

  • Flat rate: $4.99

Express Shipping

  • 1–3 business days

  • Flat rate: $8.99

Delivery time begins once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. We ship only using USPS for safe travels and reliable tracking.

Estimated delivery windows may vary slightly depending on your region and carrier conditions.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

We are happy to support you through the claims process when possible, but final resolution is subject to carrier investigation and approval.


Address Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
