Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Agreement

By placing an order with Me, Myself and Moissanite Jewelry, you expressly agree to the following:

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Failure to contact us prior to filing a dispute may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.


Binding Policy Acknowledgment

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to:

  • Our Shipping Policy

  • Our Returns & Refund Policy

  • Our Warranty Policy

  • Our Delivery & Liability Terms

These policies are binding at the time of purchase.


Chargeback Abuse & Fraud

The following actions constitute chargeback abuse and/or fraudulent activity:

  • Filing a dispute for an order marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Filing a dispute outside of our 30-day return window

  • Claiming non-receipt when delivery confirmation exists

  • Attempting to bypass stated return or warranty policies

  • Filing a dispute after receiving a refund, replacement, or store credit

  • Unauthorized transaction claims where billing details match the customer

We reserve the right to vigorously dispute any invalid chargeback.


Evidence Submission

In the event of a dispute, we may submit the following evidence to the payment processor:

  • Order confirmation and receipt

  • Tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Carrier GPS confirmation (when available)

  • Customer communication records

  • IP address and fraud screening data

  • Billing and shipping address verification

  • Device and checkout authentication logs


Collections & Legal Remedies

If a chargeback is ruled in our favor and funds are reversed improperly, or if fraudulent activity is determined, we reserve the right to:

  • Send unpaid balances to collections

  • Report fraudulent activity where applicable

  • Pursue legal remedies to recover losses, fees, and administrative costs


Account Restriction

Customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive disputes may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
